1. Identity of the Data Controller and General Information

Personal data includes all information shared by our customers with their explicit consent for the purpose of benefiting from the products and services offered by Unigo, membership and information updating. You can order from www.unigo.com.tr without becoming a member. 

Unigen Yapı Malzemeleri A.Ş. We respect the personal data of everyone who visits our website www.unigo.com.tr, shops and communicates with us. With this awareness, we take the necessary measures to ensure that all personal data of all natural persons associated with Unigo, including those who benefit from our products and services, are processed and preserved in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK Law").

In order to fulfill the information obligation arising from Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we present the following explanations to the attention of our customers and third parties who use our website and/or mobile applications. Unigo provides this Statement on the Protection of Personal Data in force. reserves the right to update it at any time within the framework of changes that may be made in the legislation.

There are regulations in various laws regarding the use of our customers' personal data. First of all, the principles of protection of personal data are determined by KVKK. In addition, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce also contains provisions regarding the protection of personal data. In some cases, criminal sanctions are foreseen for the protection of personal data through the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237.

On the other hand, data must be collected and used in order to fulfill our obligations arising from the Distance Contracts Regulation.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data is processed by Unigen Yapı Malzemeleri A.Ş. (UNİGEN / Company) as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

3.To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data will be transferred
Your Personal Data may be transferred without the consent of the relevant person if one of the conditions specified in the 2nd paragraph of Article 5 of KVKK 6698 and in the 3rd paragraph of Article 6 is met, provided that adequate precautions are taken. The provisions of other laws regarding the transfer of Personal Data are reserved.
Your personal data for the purposes stated above;
 
The User's Name and Contact Information may be shared with payment institutions for the purpose of identity verification in accordance with the framework agreement of the payment institution that the User will approve at the payment stage and in accordance with the Regulation on Measures for the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime and Financing of Terrorism published in the Official Gazette No. 26751 dated January 9, 2008.
 
Name, surname, TR ID Number, Telephone and Address information will be transferred to the cargo companies for the delivery of the ordered products.
 
For the purpose of E-invoicing / E-Archive invoicing processes, the personal data on the invoice will be transferred to the relevant institution/organization and infrastructure providers.
 
In line with your explicit consent, your contact information may be transferred to the domestic suppliers we work with to send commercial electronic messages in order to provide you with better service and to inform you about our campaigns.
 
It can be transferred to competent authorities and law firms for the purpose of carrying out legal transactions and using it as evidence in courts.
 
Your personal data may be shared with courts and other authorized public institutions and organizations due to our legal obligations.
 
4.Processed Personal Data, Data Collection Method and Legal Reason
 
Your personal data may be collected through our Company's UNIGO website, social media accounts, Accounting Program database, parties from which our company receives services that are complementary or extensions of its activities, contracted organizations, business partners, suppliers and other similar channels, through automatic or non-automatic means, written, verbal or can also be collected electronically.
 
Within the scope of the provisions of Article 5/2 (a) of Law No. 6698, as clearly stipulated in the law,
Our customers' names and contact information are processed in line with the payment institution framework.
 
Within the scope of the provision of Article 5/2 (c) of Law No. 6698, it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract
Within the scope of the distance sales contract made with you, personal information such as Name and Surname, Address, Telephone, User Name and E-mail address are processed.
In case payment transactions are made by mail order within the scope of a distance sales contract, card holder name and surname information, TR Identity Number, Telephone Number, Address, type of your debit/credit card, security code of the debit/credit card, expiration date of the debit/credit card, bank/credit card number, payment date and total payment amount information will be processed.
 
Within the scope of Article 5/2 (d) of Law No. 6698, it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations
In order to carry out financial and accounting transactions, to issue invoices, to carry out cancellation and refund transactions, and to deliver your orders, your Name, Surname, ID Number, Address, Telephone and E-mail information are processed through the membership form on the Unigo website.

Photos, images, videos, etc. audio-visual records shared by our customers and other relevant persons on our Unigo social media accounts are processed within the scope of being made public by the relevant person himself, in accordance with the provision of Article 5/2 (d) of Law No. 6698.

 
Within the scope of Article 5/2 (f) of Law No. 6698, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person;
Within the scope of carrying out information security processes, some information such as username, password and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, internet service provider (ISP), reference and exit pages, operating system, and click data are automatically collected and recorded.
Within the scope of carrying out communication activities, your Name, Surname, Phone and E-mail information are processed through the membership forms on the unigo website.
Your Name, Surname, Address, Telephone, E-mail and Order Information (Order number, Order date, etc.) are processed automatically in order to evaluate your requests and complaints within the scope of Execution of Goods and Services Sales Processes and Execution of Goods / Service After-Sales Support Services.
 
In accordance with your explicit consent;
